It blew up an electrical socket, electrocuted me, gave me 3rd degree burns, and basically almost killed me, my family, and everyone else in our apartment building. Amazon won't refund me. I am trying to contact the seller. I have a lawyer but all I really want is my money back.And please don't buy this product it is not safe!!!

Don't buy it. Really liked it..at first. Did a nice job of styling my hair quickly. However, after 4 months it started to smell like it was burning and got extremely hot! I burned my ear using it. The plastic bristles also started to bend and lose shape.. And, I don't use it every day. It's poor quality and now I can't return it. Worth it to get one of better quality like Hot Tools or Revlon.

I received this hair dryer brush in only one day and immediately had to try it. I washed and conditioned my hair but I didn't add any other hair products. I have medium length very thick hair so to speed things up I used my blow dryer for a few minutes just to get rid of some excess moisture. Next I sectioned my hair and following the directions I did the back first, then the sides in three sections each, starting with the bottom layers. It didn't take long to get the hang of it. I used the High setting and it does get very hot. It didn't seem to take any longer than usual to do my hair and the end result was very smooth, soft, shiny straight hair. A definite improvement over how my hair usually looks!

This started off ok, within 10 minutes there was only one setting that worked and it smelled like it was burning up- sent right back and purchased Revlon.

UPDATE; the seller contacted me after my initial review and offered to send me a new brush to replace the defective one. The new one works perfectly! Great customer service and a good product.I really want to like this tool, however upon my first use the "medium" setting would not work. The low setting works and the high setting works. I can make do with using the high setting as I have very long and very thick hair. But it is a bummer that I have a tool with one setting that doesn't work.

I have straight, thick hair that is just above shoulder length, so I wasn't sure if this type of product would be good for me. I have used it for a few weeks, and I like it. It adds volume and dries. My only complaint is that the settings below "high" do not get very hot, and take forever to dry my hair. But, eventually the high setting gets too hot. Overall, I am pleased. It was a good way to try out one of these brushes without spending a ton of money.

So I’m actually pretty impressed with this. It’s super simple to use. I do let me hair air dry for about an hour while I run around the house doing things, and then in under five minutes and can blow out my whole head. The difference is that the ends are super smooth and curl under like they do when I get a blowout. I also don’t have to divide my hair into a thousand sections. I don’t think it dries my hair faster, if I was in a rush I would dry it a little with a regular blow dryer then use this to make it fine and give it the finished look.Overall it’s nice and definitely keeping. I actually put my blow dryer away under a cabinet which I never do because I’ll be using this now!!

I love how this dryer gives my hair a flat ironed look but with volume. Drying time has been cut in half and my hair never tangles around the barrel like my curling brush has done. Great product, I’ve had it for a few months and I reach for it over my standard hairdryer every day. Very happy with purchase and much cheaper than its name brand counterparts.
