These do not work. Don't let the blond from Shark Tank fool you into purchasing this item like I did! I thought it was legitimate. I took these for 30 days while on the Keto Diet, one in the morning and one in the evening. I did not see any kind of benefit and I have struggled to remain in ketosis, even though I am following the diet 100%. Don't waste your money!

I thought it would help with appetite control. Cannot tell any difference whether I take it or note. I think I saw KETO on the bottle and thought of SHARK TANK so I would give it a try. I agree waste of money. Only good thing, it does not keep me awake at night like some diet pills.

You're exactly correct! But you need to cut way back on the carbs, no alcohol, drink a lot of water, also take probiotics and I exercise every day. I lost 12 pounds in 15 days but eat the Keto diet food. You have to be consistent and discipline every sIngle day. If I would just eat like I normally do plus taking the Keto pills it doesn't accomplish anything but removing my Keto pill money from my checking account? (Scam)! All you see in the Keto advertising is celebrities promoting it. That's brainwashing the public into to buying it. I can't believe Shark Tank promotes Keto because it's truly a Scam! Keto pills are not the fountain of youth with regard to losing weight. You can't just take a pill and lose weight? I wish I would have come up with this Keto idea because I would be very rich now. I am a coach/personal trainer, so I was skeptical about this product. I decided to test it so I could give my clients true advice. The supplement works. However, you have to use them with a proper nutrition plan and daily exercise. By doing so, i lost 7lbs in 2 weeks. This pill alone will not give you weight loss as it is to aid in weight loss only like any other weight loss supplement. Without proper nutrition and exercise, you may not see as much results if any at all. Keep in my mind that everyone's body works differently so the effects and results will not be the same as some may lose less or more in the same amount of time. Also keep in mind,, muscle weighs more then fat... so while you think you may not be losing weight, you may be losing carbs, calories and inches. If all you do is take the pill then scarf down unhealthy amounts of food and/or junk food without exercising, you won't see a difference at all.
