It's so beautiful that caught my attention upon I saw it first time on Amazon.
Excellent and beautiful, there's no damages. It's a good product and value for money. Initially there's a confusion how to correct the number of chiming sound in each hour. However upon trying it's found to be very easy to set it right.

Defective Clock – Coil Not Working
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing purchase. I bought this musical clock as a gift for my beloved grandmother, but unfortunately the clock turned out to be defective. The coil is not working properly, so the clock does not function as expected. I only discovered the issue after giving it to her, which made the experience even more frustrating. A product should be quality-checked before being shipped. I expected much better reliability, especially for something bought as a gift. Would not recommend unless the seller improves quality control.

Want to return the clock
Product ordered on 20th Oct and received on 28th October with in seven days the clock alarm is not working properly amazon mentioned 15 days return time for faulty Product but when tried to return the product amazon says the window is closed now we are unable to return the clock about the faulty alarm their is no rectification method mentioned in their guide lines. The company says one year guarantee on the box. Where should I inform about this faulty alarm.
