Expandable Hose 50 Foot Rhino Tuff Pro With Brass Fittings and Brass Nozzle Combo Double Strength

I was initially disappointed with this hose but after a week of use this hose has met my expectations and I look forward to using it in my farm business. The fittings seem a little light weight compared to my other hose but that could be a very good thing as long as the quality of the fitting holds up to the test of time. I look forward to providing a follow-up review after I have had it in service for a while.You should know I initially gave this hose a poor review because it came up 15 feet short on length on the first use or two. But I have used it for a week now and it is nearly at about 50 feet. It is a wonderful asset to have for managing my horse care needs on my breeding farm and I have high hopes it will hold up and give me years of use and relief from having to carry around heavy 50 foot hoses to water my animals.The most impressive part of my experience with this hose is the company's willingness to follow through on a negative review and remedy the situation. I was promptly contacted to address my concerns, offered a replacement product without question, and was treated kindly and respectfully. I am impressed with the integrity of Rhino Tuff Products quality customer service. We need more companies like this out there. You just might find more customers having brand loyalty when you are treated so well! Thank you for the good experience!

Update to my last review. Rhino is an outstanding company, received a brand new rhino within weeks after the hose blew up. Most companies do not stand by their products, but rhino did, will recommend their products when someone is looking for a great hose.Regards,R.E. Gaither

This is my second foray into the expandable/pocket hose family. The first pocket hose i had sprung leaks after 4-5 uses.This hose seemed to have better reviews and was nearly twice the cost so i was optimistic.My experience with this was as follows:The nozzle plastic spray head leaked profusely.The hose connected to the spigot leaked profusely.The basic metal sprayer worked well.The hose itself diddnt seem to reach 50ft, even when expanded.The hose burst/exploded on the second use. The hose was kept indoors between it's two uses.i contacted customer support, it came with a customer support card, and indicated that they should be contacted if the user felt they can't give the product 5 stars. After 1 month of not hearing back, here i am. I'm going to leave this review and attempt to get my money back.

This Rhino hose replaces a high quality rubber 50' hose. The rubber hose, which I've had for years, was a pain in the butt due to its weight and difficulty of both winding back up and unwinding to and from the circular wheel on which it was kept. The Rhino is a pleasure to work with. It could not be easier. As it is relatively short prior to being filled with water, it is very easy to unwind prior to turning on the water. Likewise, it is next to nothing to rewind it after it is water free. It is very light and easy to move around. A true and easy pleasure to work with.Updated 03/11/16: Just want to add that the service is outstanding. I had a flaw in the hose and sent an email to support. I then went to the store. When I returned home, in less than an hour, I had two email responses. The first said they' d get right on it and send me a new hose. And the second email let me know that the replacement had already been sent. Two days later it arrived. That was the fastest service response I've ever received from a company. So, both the product and service rate five stars in my view.

I will qualify my two stars by saying that so far the hose has held up well, at least compared to other expandable hoses we have had. What sticks in my craw is that the 50 foot hose I ordered is only 33 feet long even when fully engorged with water. I sent a complaint to the supplier weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I feel that if I paid for a 50 foot long hose that is what I should have received or should have some compensation. Also the grip sprayer leaks so bad as to be useless. Not a fan of Rhino Tuff at this point. I love the idea of an expandable hose but my experiences so far are not good. This is the best we've had, but it is too short to do everything I wanted and the supplier has no interest in customer satisfaction.

This hose is fantastic! The 50 Foot Rhino Tuff Pro works like a charm. After years of going through hose after hose, we finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase an expandable version. So happy we chose Rhino Tuff! The hose came neatly packed in a box and was super easy to set up from start the finish. The nozzles are easy to twist on/off and the spray is adjustable to various settings, which makes this a great hose to use for any occasion (lawn care, washing the car, etc). The brass nozzle is very high quality and tightly secured when in use. The plastic nozzle is also of excellent and durable quality. I experienced no leaking with either of the nozzles.What I really love about this hose is how little room it takes up. Unlike other hoses, it's not clunky. Easy to take out and easy to put away! No more dealing with thick plastic hoses. The Rhino Tuff Expandable hose takes up very little space and it is a breeze to store away. I will never use another hose again. Very lightweight, yet of dependable quality.In addition, I received wonderful customer service from the company. I'm impressed with their efforts to ensure I'm a satisfied customer and I plan to purchase more products from this company again in the future.Overall, this is one of the best purchasing experiences I've had on Amazon.
