Perfect for what I needed!
I bought this to level cake layers for when I do fancy cakes. I've used it more times that I can count so far, but it's so sharp and cuts so cleanly. I've used it from 12" to 6" cake layers of all levels of crumbiness and density and it cuts through them all beautifully with minimal tearing (unless I try to rush it instead of 'sawing' properly). Very pleased with this knife, it's just a pain to find somewhere to store it

Super long! Wide Bread. Insulation installs too.
This knife is hilariously, super long. It only fits in my cabinet drawer on a lengthwise angle.It’s a great knife for wide bread.It’s a great knife, as an alternative, for insulation installing.
