Good source of Sulforaphane for the days when I don't have a fresh batch of broccoli sprouts ready to eat.Seems like good quality pills that are easy to swallow, being a standard size as they are. Sulforaphane is super healthy for you so this is a great backup for when you can't get it from fresh, and contains more than you get from even an entire head of fully grown broccoli.

I’ve been using this product for a while now, and I decided to try it mainly for its sulforaphane content after hearing about the potential health benefits. As someone who doesn’t always eat as much as I should, especially when fasting, I was looking for something convenient to help support my overall nutrition.The main reason I chose this product is because broccoli sprouts are known to contain much higher levels of sulforaphane compared to regular broccoli which has also been shown to have amazing health benefits That was a big selling point for me, as it’s often linked to antioxidant support, detox processes, and general wellbeing.So far, I’ve found it easy to take and it fits well into my routine. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, which is important. It gives me a bit of reassurance knowing I’m getting some of those beneficial compounds even on days when my diet isn’t as consistent.That said, I do see this more as a supplement rather than a replacement for proper meals. It works best alongside a balanced diet, not instead of one.I’m happy with the purchase and would consider continuing to use it as part of my routine.👍

Started taking about five days ago. Already feeling better. Pre-menopausal 50-yo woman here. Less inflammatory pain in my body, less tingling in my arm, regular easy bowel movement, better sleep, more energy. No bloating or cramps. In response to some negative comments seen below, I wonder if perhaps product was improved or comments correspond to other version or product, as dosage is 100 mg sprouts/capsule (not 25), contains mustard seed extract, capsules are well filled, and cost of 60 capsules is $50 (not $100).

I’ve been using this sulforaphane supplement for a while and I’m very happy with it. The capsules are easy to take and I like that the formula includes myrosinase as well as broccoli sprout, broccoli seed and mustard seed extracts. I’ve had a good experience with it and have already purchased it again. Good quality and good value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

I have been giving these to my adult autistic grandson for about 10 months now, and I can tell a difference in his behavior. I read Sulforaphane could possibly help with focus in autistic children so I gave it a try.
