Delicious nougat
This nougat is unreal, great texture - almost chewy and packed full of what seems like freeze dried raspberries which cut through the sweetness. Absolutely delicious. It’s a little bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and we’ll worth it!

Present for mother bear, she's not a real sweet tooth and she said it is exceptionally good, so it's no cheap overly sweet rubbish.

Nougat aficionado here. I think this is the best I have tried. The berry flavour (usually negotiable in nougat) is sumptuous.
