Multi purpose
The coconut oil has a lot of benefits, I first got it for my dog because she has yeast infections and it helped a lot with her skin and soothed her from the itchiness. I also use it to cook food for her if I decide to make some meals I’ll use coconut oil for both of us!

Leaked in shipment
So the product arrived “sealed,” but not completely because some of the oil seeped out in transit. I use it for oil pulling after brushing my teeth. I’ve only used it a few times. The taste isn’t bad at all. A spoonful reach time. I deducted a star because I was missing product. I keep it under the sink so it doesn’t melt in this Texas heat.

Good Multi Use Product
I use this unrefined coconut oil on my body and I digest it, and haven't had problems with either. Nice product and it's great for the price as well. I have kp, and this hasn't got rid of it but it has made the bumps less rough.
