It eventually stopped working, but since retiring, my needs have changed and I no longer require such an advanced model. This scanner is small, compact, and was very easy to install—it worked right away. I had read in reviews that paper jams could be an issue, but I’ve found that happens when I push the paper in too forcefully, which causes the scanner to think there’s a jam. One thing to keep in mind is that you have to feed one page at a time, although it does support duplex scanning.
