Works well, I survived COVID well. The tart taste adds dimension to sweeter juices. Highly concentrated so only add a squirt or two to my berry or fruit drinks and I often add tonic water. My favorite is V8 berry juice with tonic water and a squirt of elderberry concentrate on ice in a 16oz cup. I use the pump that is available and screws on top of bottle. I store in a fridge. When ordering make sure you get the one that has pump and you can save pump for next order if there is no pump offered. I’m addicted to this product. As a note I raise my own elderberries and often harvest them in the wild. I cook them using steam and make syrups and jelly.
