This is a great set for this 'shelter in place' situation considering you can do yoga at home to keep yourself busy and healthy! Haven't mounted the swing yet, but the quality is top-notch and the material is sturdy. It comes with a cute little bag. I loved the resistance bands. They are wonderful for muscle building and I am looking forward to trying inverted movements with the swing!

This swing was pretty easy to set up (my husband is in construction so that helps!), and after following some YouTube videos with flows, I have been able to do many poses so far. It requires a good use of your core, and being upside down definitely takes some getting used to. But I look forward to using it more!

The yoga swing was pretty simple to install. We have popcorn ceilings and slats so it made it difficult to find the beams. Once the ceiling mounts were installed everything else was a breeze! This swing is very sturdy and everything was in the box! I highly recommend this product!

Great Product! I highly recommend this Yoga Swing. The quality is very good. It is a really good price for what you get as it comes with hanging brackets. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with install instructions, but I just looked it up on Yiutube and it was simple.

Parts in box do not match whats in the instruction book. Considering that this needs to be safe, I’m not even going to mount this as the safety is now suspect. Instruction book shows wall mounts with 4 bolt holes. Supplied mounts only have 2 holes

We love this Yoga swing! Easy to set up. My kids love to play on it and it’s great for stretching and strengthening.
