Unfortunately I opted for the small size when I should probable have gone for the medium.It arrived from Holland (I think) so rather than return it - it is pretty heavy - I ordered more shock cord and replaced the side laces. This worked perfectly and if I ever lose enough weight I can always put the original final laces back again. It fits snugly and is very comfortable to wear.
