My cat somehow got extremly matted. I was at a loss of what to do for her. Everyone suggested that I take her to the groomers. Outside my house, my cat is not the friendliest of cats. I saw this and thought, what the heck it's worth a try. (I honestly didnt think it would work) However, this is the best tool ever. I was able to get all of her mattedness out, and also used it on my dogs who fight over who is going to get brushed next. My pitbull will push our corgi out of the and vice versa. One suggest I did use from online, is if they are really matted, put corn starch where it is matted. It helps break it down and makes it easier.

Who ever invented this brush , ...is a genius! And should win a reward!I live in a small house with three long haired Maine Coons. I simply couldn’t keep up fighting them with the summer matting and shedding.The photo enclosed shows the first and single brushing with one cat. Knots be gone! Unbelievable! I was stunned how easily the brush worked thru the matting. I cannot express how happy I am.The construction and quality’s of the brush Seems good. What a great deal. Think I will buy another. I have three cats and they all range from shorter hair to long hair. It worked pretty good on the shorter haired cat, She seemed to enjoy it. However my little long-haired princess 😅 seemed like she was going to eat me alive no matter how gentle I was with this thing 😳. She had started getting matted where she was shedding for spring, if you were really careful with this and gentle you can get out quite a bit of excess fur off, however the fur flies all over the place, even when I tried to intentionally make it pile on to the brush as it came off. It was like bits of cotton candy flying everywhere LOL . I recommend doing this outside if you possibly can! Otherwise have a vacuum cleaner nearby!

If your pet likes to be groomed (or needs to be groomed!), try these. Two very long hair cats approve! It is easy to hold and use, and if you comb gently does not seem to hurt kitty at all. Actually, one kitty will stretch out and seems to enjoy the grooming for as long as I will continue. One of the best grooming gadgets I have found.

This product arrived fast! I needed a dematting comb for my two long haired cats. They tend to get a few mats here and there over time. I was unsure how gentle this would be on them and wary about it until I tried it. My feline babies really love it. They purr whenever I brush through their coats. It's gentle on their skin and fur while also getting the job done. I love that this grooming comb has a duel side to brush their fur and thin it so they won't shed. I highly recommend this comb if your pet gets mats, even if they are stubborn to remove, this comb will get them out. I'm happy with this purchase.

This product does not work at all... it is dull, and only tears out the hair. Don't be fooled by this cheap knock off... buy a quality tool. you get what you pay for. This product has no ability to cut hair, or anything for that matter.... it is as useless as it could possibly be and still look like it works. A rock would have works just as good as this thing does. Sorry, but this is a pile of junk.

My cat is a bit overweight and has trouble grooming his backside, so I bought this to help him out. Works great! Doesn't pull like a comb and is pretty efficient at getting the dead hair and mats out of him. Now, if I could get my feral cat to sit still, I'd use it on him too!

OMG!!! I'm finally got my main coon look brilliant! It's took me really few minutes to groom him. I used different brushes earlier. Nothing like that one. Plus I have 2 short hair cats , and try on them too. Works!!!
