I really like this belt. Both sides of the band (which is elastic) adjust, so both small and large people can wear it. (My husband is 2XL and he could still let it out.)The left compartment (with F4 on it) has a clip for keys, but it's such a small compartment that the key is already pretty snug.The compartment on the right is exactly the right size for a pair of earbuds.The center area (for the phone) has 3 sections: closest to the body is a small pocket perfect for ID and cash. In the center, you could store the included wristbands. The outer phone section is very large. I have an iPhone 6s and there's plenty of room, even with its case in (huge bonus!!). There's a hole for headphone cord, but it goes into the center section, not to the outside. The whole main section has a double zipper, so my headphone cord is going right between the two zippers to get out of the pouch.I've used it on a walk with my dog and it worked just fine. I haven't gone running with it yet, but I'll be back if the run changed my opinion.

The F4 Running Belt is a total life save , now I am in no way a runner . one day again but not right now , anyways I have been using this belt every day since I received it .I am a mother of 2 under 2 , so on the go is all I do . I love that I can put my little card carrier, phone, car keys and some cash in this and strap it on and I am good to go, I baby-wear a lot so having this on me and within reach is so convenient for me.The elastic is nice and sturdy it holds up and doesn't slip down from the weight of the the stuff it carries. The multiple pockets make it easy to stash cash or whatever i have small enough in my hands. we go on lots of walks and hikes and collect little rocks here , it has held up to lots of movement as well! definitely buying another one .

Got this for my Honey and she really likes it. I didn't catch in the description that the belt is elastic so you can easily flip the belt up to view your phone in the window. The window is touch screen friendly so you can use your phone while it's safe and secure.

usually Amazoners reviews are spot on, but I was disappointed with this purchase it looks and feels flimsy.

The thing I love most about this belt is that it doesn't bounce. It fits my phone perfectly and has enough room for a little more.

I use this while doing yard work and working out. It is kinda awkward with the Samsung 6 Edge but it works fine
