Let me start off by saying how impressed I was with the fast delivery of this product. I live in Hawaii and it sometimes takes awhile for packages to arrive (still waiting on a package ordered in April, but not from this vendor). So definitely pleased with fast shipping!The most important thing to me in a phone case is the ability to protect my phone, especially since they are sooooo expensive nowadays. I also love to hike and my phones are frequently dropped and exposed to rain. For me, a case being waterproof is not necessary because most phones now are quite water resistant for the typical unexpected rain storm or spilt drink, but being waterproof is even better. Besides, waterproof cases tend to keep the dust and daily grime out of your phones nooks and crannies, and we are all trying to be especially careful with the current COVID situation.Now for this case, I have only had it a few days so I may need to change or update my review. But so far, it seems to be a good solid case. It is a little bulky, but the point is to protect the phone, yes? It seems to be as slim-lined as you can be to provide full protection. The rubber bumper also adds better gripping of my phone, therefore limiting it from sliding from my hand.I like the clear backing and in contrast to other reviews, my front screen protector is suctioned to my phone screen, with no gaps or bubbling. Maybe others did not follow directions to leave the ports open while installing? I cannot currently speak to the screen protector being easily scratched, this has not happened yet. I also have not had issues with charging my phone with third party charging cords.My case is waterproof! I tested prior to installing phone and was quite pleased. And in comparison to a previous Android LifeProof experience, this case does not have any weird echoing or sound distortion during calls or using the speaker for music and videos!!! Super pleased with sound quality.My two slight disappointments with this case 1) the charging port cover is very difficult to open when I need to charge, and 2) the case doesn't allow me to utilize my heart rate monitor on the back of the phone. Maybe the port is difficult to open due to such great vacuuming to make the case waterproof.. but the little plastic tab you are supposed to use to open it is too small or too short to grasp well. And as for the heart rate monitor, it's not a big deal for me, but the hard plastic reinforcing the case around the monitor is too narrow and will not allow my finger to fully contact the monitor, therefore rendering it useless.All in all, I am very pleased with this case, the protection it provides, the cost effectiveness, and the very quick delivery from the vendor. This case is the best made one I have owned. The fit for my Galaxy S9 is perfect. It seems like it well hold up very well. It is easy to hold and seems waterproof. It does seem a little bulky, but easy to hold on to. That will help me since I drop my phone a lot. The only thing I don't like is the buttons are no rounded, so they are hard on the fingertips.

Very flimsy front cover. Scratches very easily. The overall product is tough and sturdy. However, I did drop it recently and the side of the cover broke off.Also, the buttons on the side do not stay in place after a time.So, I guess I'm not as happy with this product as I once thought!!!

Amazing case. Looks great in my opinion (I got black for my Galaxy S9), and is truly waterproof; I have tested the case myself, both with, and without my phone in it. All ports function normally, and I have noticed no effect on the sound from my phone's speakers. At $20, this case is almost too good to be true, but it IS true.Also, I have a soft screen protector, AND a liquid screen protector on my screen underneath the one on the case, and it doesn't effect sensitivity or fit at all. I don't know if I will ever go back to Spigen, and certainly wont be buying an Otter Box or Lifeproof ever again.Homerun. ❤🥳Edit: There are some problems connecting some aux cards and chargers with the case on.

They look good. Perfect fit. Good front screen protection with a h9 screen protector. NOT good protecting the back screen, one drop and my back side of phone is now broken, sad.

I ordered this case because it looked so pretty and an otterbox. They arrived together and I'm returning the otterbox. That is how much I love this case.Super easy to put on your phone. You cannot see your original phone at all thru the case. The screen protector is awesome, can't even tell it is there. The buttons work perfectly and the touch screen is flawless. I was concerned about the sensitivity on my screen but it is great! Love the product and would buy it again.

Worst case I've ever had. For the price i should have known. I re3fise to test the water proof claim but the buttons are extremely hard to press, all of your audio quality is rediced due the water proof nature muffling the sounds. If the water proofing works it might be a good beach or pool case. For general day to day use it is a 1 star.

This case has saved my phone so many times because I'm very clumsy so I drop my phone a lot and I work around a lot of water. I've dropped it in water, down a flight of stairs (more than once) on concrete (countless times) and my phone is still in perfect condition. The case allows room for a glass screen protector under the front cover without any issues. The fingerprint reader takes a little getting used to due to the raised edges but I have no complaints.
