Works well where it does work .....It's far too wide to fit comfortably behind the ear and the ear tube is far to short for it to be able to sit further back behind the ear. From a sound standpoint, it works well and consistently. However, it's so wide that there's no way to wear out in public.If you're looking for something to wear in your house to watch TV at a lower level, it's great.Anything beyond that, you're getting exactly what you paid for.

One gets what one pays for. It at least works, but will squeal and can be difficult to adjust the volume.

Throws off your equilibrium and makes your ear hurt . Dont buy it! Save your money for a real medical device...

really does put out quality sound and filters noisy things like fans well. great for conversation. my hearing is horrible, it is good for me so worth a shot. been looking for this sound for years without having to spend a fortune.

This will help someone with hearing loss not bad for the price I tried other devices in this price range and this one worked best for for my mother.

Got this for grandma because she didn't want to turn the television up too loud and annoy the neighbors. I asked her how it was working three times until she could hear me talking.... you be the judge.
