theyre way lighter than they are in the pictures. the ones i got were sonlight they were almost clear and i had to dye them myself to add any semblance of darkness to them.

Great item, I generally dislike the provided safety glasses we get at work as they give me headaches right abive the ears after prolonged wear through the day and tend to fog up in cold and or humid days. These glasses though, don't do either. They fit great, are shatter resistant (at least they should be, I'm not testing that), have removable side shields, and only look slightly ridiculous which isn't a bad thing as I'm pretty sure we would all rather keep our eye sight. But they are better than the regular 3m safety glasses we all need in the field or construction areas. I will say they are a tad heavy but I can deal with that for ansi z 87 safety glasses that happen to be aviators.

These are awesome! They worked like a charm for shooting and stylish to boot.A few things to address in terms of cons:- They're dark. Not SUPER dark, but dark enough that when it gets to be 5pm things are harder to see. Not IMPOSSIBLE to see, I could still see and hit steel gongs at 75 yards, but they were starting to become camouflaged with the hill.- Sides don't come off without a screwdriver. They do come off, but don't think you're snapping them on and off on the fly. I leave them on for added safety and so that they actually still look like safety glasses. Bought these for motorcycle riding. Work quite well amd the guards on the side are very nice for wind blocking, and the thin wire frame fits under my Bell500 helmet, without crushing my temples. The lenses are a slight smaller size than a traditional aviator, but still block wind. Ive been wearing them for several months, and they stand up to bug strikes and are comfortable enough for all day riding. At interstate speeds, they are a bit windy, but the frames bend easely so they are easy to form to your head if they let too much wind in.

Good quality sun glasses for the price. Sides work well for someone who has undergone surgery. Nice fit.
