Correct measurements, solid metal.
Bought two of these at different times. The product is definitely metal of a reasonable thickness. It is not plastic and it is not too thin. The measurements are correct. Quality product.

Was not compatible with an ac infinity carbon filter
I use 6in inline duct fans, a carbon and a HEPA filter for allergens and odors from the pets in the house (that NEED a bath every week and LOVE to roll around on the carpet). I recently read that using a smaller filter with a larger fan and using a reducer will increase the overall efficacy and CFM filtered (but require more frequent replacements, and the smaller filter has to support this high CFM rate), so I bought this reducer because the filter I bought was also from AC Infinity so I figured even though it is a little more expensive it is worth it to have matching equipment that will 100% fit. Well, IT DID NOT FIT! NOT AT ALL! I had to smash the sides down with a hammer and crimp the edges of it, and then bang on the top of it until it was forced into the filter because it would not fit over-top of it, and it would not fit inside of it. Completely incompatible. I was going to request a refund and get something else but after my work with the hammer and some duct tape I finally got everything together enough to use for now. But NOW I am going to have to buy a new reducer with my next filter because of this! Honestly just feels like I wasted $20 on something I should have just 3D printed, and that's probably what I am going to do next time and just avoid this hassle.

It fits!
I was very skeptical with all the reviews stating it did not fit their inline fan.I did not have this issue and was able to change my 6 inch ac infinity inline fan into 4 inch and vent out a dryer hole.

I needed a duct reducer
This works as intended and has a good build quality to it

Cheap but does the job
Made of medium weight cheap plastic, but appears to do the job. It says 4" to 6" - the 6" is perfect, but at least on my 4" pipe it is too small. A bit of duct tape works as a solution. But not sure what measurement system they're using.
