I received this chair with a part missing, like some other customers. After some messages back and forth, the seller rectified within 10 days by sending me a new chair. The chair is nice, easy to assemble and I am pleased with how they handled the issue of the missing part

I love the look of this chair but I have to say it is not very comfortable for sitting on for long periods of time

Edit: after a rather long back and forth the seller has sent instructions on how to fix at home without returning. review updated to three starsSeat and base connect with a thin plastic piece that arrived broken, so was unable to set up the chair. Shame as the chair otherwise is nice

Easy to assemble and pretty colour. slight nick in the seat but seller sorted this out promptly.

Whilst i was assembling it, i noticed that i was missing a part. I couldn’t believe it! I paid a lot and waited a long time just to receive an incomplete product that I can’t use until i get the part that was supposed to be there in the first place.

Makes my office look a little bit more special.
