Good Organic Ingredients!
I've only given it 3 starts as I've only just received it a few days ago so cannot fully comment on affects or long terms use. I will say I am impressed with all the ingredients being organic and plant based. This is because most convential multivamins from places like Holland and Barrats contain sucralose, corn oil or other shit processes sugars and oils that are not good for you. Also being British Indian i am especially appreciative of the ingredients as they are mainly spices and herbs that are Indian so the smell and taste reminds me of home and my mum's spice tin which is an added plus for me.

This product very poor because no information regarding how many mig / vitamins, nothing at all
Very poor information regarding mig/vitamins, all products gives you the quantities of the vitamins plus recommended daily allowance..with this one nothing . I can’t return it because I opened it .. so I will Ben it .
