Review: Came out nice, too sweet for me - I used 2 parts clarified butter and 1 part coconut oil it came out very well, a little too sweet for me though, sweetener overload but the texture wasn't bad at all. You do still that that almond flour gritty crunchy feel but ok. Updated: I had to come back and give this product a well deserved 5 star, I had rated 4 star previously because I ate it while it was still warm. I tried it again cooled to room temperature and it tasted even better, the gritty almond flour thing was completely gone and the sweetness for some strange reason seemed to be much more while it was hot out of the oven, I really like this and will be buying more! FYI erythritol tends to crystalize and becomes crunchy when it cools down to fridge temperature, I've noticed this in other deserts I make, a few seconds in the microwave gets rid of it....enjoy!

This mix is so good, it has a grainy texture but i like it over smooth cakey Mixture thats to soft if that makes sense. My hubby and i are trying to cut sugar but this makes the sweet cravings better! Makes two thin layer so if you a higher round cake, bake two boxes for a 4 layer.
