First I have to say this is like a product that is MADE for me. Lemon and cucumber are natural diuretics so you'll rid your body of bloating Lemon is also great for your body in many other regards, including curbing hunger and for health and antioxidant reasons. It also helps lower blood pressure naturally by getting rid of excess sodium when bloated. (Not enough to get you off medication, to be sure, but if you have okay blood pressure or slightly high, you can check and see if it makes a difference--after all, that is what diuretics are prescribed to do.)Because it helps you rid excess water, almost all diets start with a lemon water or lemon cucumber water cleanse.So why only 3 stars? This works well to have all you need for your lemon water, all together, in fa wonderfully made bottle with even a silicone type skin to surround the bottle so your hand does not get cold. It even comes with a bottle brush to clean it! I mean that is top notch!The problem is, I had a house of 5 people and not one of us can figure out how to remove the cap to get to the drinking opening. I mean, we can unscrew the top cap so you get to the bottle opening (like a wide mount mason jar opening) but there is an inner cap that no matter what we poked, prodded, or pried, we could not access--meaning one is left drinking out of this around the glass screw top like a mason jar. Awkward. The instructions? All in Chinese or Japanese.If one is not meant to access the sipping lid, all you would need is a lemon juicer and a mason jar.If I figure out how to access the inner lid I will love the bottle. For now, I don't like drinking out of the screw top area so I can't. It would be nice if they added instructions in English for at least that part.It could just be that my bottle is defective and the lid is somehow incorrectly fused to the sipping lid, but it's simply not happening for me.Product provided by Thefancy
