Ordered two of these for my brother and sister for Christmas, they’ve used them not even 10 times since Christmas Day and my sisters bar which connects to the bottom scooter bit has completely snapped, she’s absolutely gutted and I’m very disappointed too. When you pay money for something you expect it to last longer than 12 months at least and this has lasted not even four months. I either want a refund or another one sent out.

Amazing scooter for the price my daughter don't drive and I was worried about her getting bus to work during covid 19 so I got her this the battery lasts the 10 miles to work and back it has a speed of 15 mph great scooter
