The shape of the scissors allows me to reach stems all the way to the middle, without damaging other leaves and stems. This saves me the upset and time I used when trying to cut out dead or damaged parts of a plant with my regular scissors or snips. I'm very happy with the Bonsai tool.

Great for floral design
I am a professional florist and these are my favorite shears for snipping stems. They are very sharp and precise—wonderful for delicate stems up to rose stems, perfect for snipping off unwanted foliage or florets. I use these along with some fiscar pruners. They are not stainless so they can rust, but I usually treat them with mineral oil and they’ve held up well. Highly recommend!
