Tempo Fabric 0291657 Terrasol Indoor/Outdoor Sunsetter Chili Pepper Fabric by The Yard

I ordered this fabric to make accent cushions for my patio chairs which have Terrasol bottom cushions with a pattern called Sicily Chili Pepper. I assumed that this being Terrasol and the color being called Chili Pepper, the reds would match. Wrong. This is a very orange red, the other cushions have a true dark red. I bought the bottom cushions because of the nice red in the design, and wanted to have more of that red on my porch because that is where my hummingbird feeders are. This stuff is just too orange to be a match. And to make matters worse, I ordered one yard, which was exactly how much I needed for my cushions. The fabric was cut crooked being 36" on one side of the cut, and barely 35" on the other. Most places will err on the side of caution and give you an inch or so extra, not this company. The fabric also frays a lot when it's cut, making my usable yardage even less so I had to make the cushion covers slightly smaller, leaving me with a pillow that is thicker than I wanted and not an ideal fit on the chairs. It is a nice outdoor fabric, but between the color not matching their other fabrics with Chili Pepper Red and the bad job in the cutting has made this a bad experience.
