Not fit for purpose
I bought the bag for my son for Christmas, he just carries his lunch and reading book so it's not a heavy load. He loved the bag as he loves camo and at the start it seemed all good. Within 3 weeks of use (15 days to school) 2 of the zips have broken, I reported this to the seller and they offered to give me 15% of the cost back so I can get the zips replaced. In my opionion that shouldn't be my problem to fix and 15% would not cover the cost for zip replacements. Seller would not send a replacement or offer anything else. I now have to buy him a different bag. Think twice before buying from this seller - return policy and customer service is very poor.

Poor quality! 2 zips broken within 2 days of using meaning 2 pockets are completely unusable. Contacted seller who is not willing to send a replacement and says to contact Amazon for a refund instead.

Broken zip
Not happy I've tried to get in touch with the company as one of the zips has broken with in two weeks of having it but I can't find any contact details. Not good very disappointed

Poco resistente
Compré la mochila el 23 de noviembre de 2019 para el cole de mi hijo y ya se han roto todas las cremalleras.
