Very enlightening.
I enjoyed reading this book as there were many things I was not aware of; i.e., my body healing itself to include my gums. I shared this book with my daughter with a brand new baby. So is determined to eat a healthy diet to spare her child from many painful visits to the dentist. This book is clear and concise with its recommendations as well as safeguards that every person should be made aware. Helping the body to heal small cavities is easy to do and this knowledge should be made public. I am so happy this book was published. (I do realize that some of us do need to see the dentist for checkups but if prevention is possible for further pain, then "diet" along with brushing should be the standard speech from all dentists and hygenists.

Health is in your hands
This book explains how your diet effects your health as well as the health of your teeth, gums, and jaw. I found the information both helpful and interesting. I would have enjoyed some recipes other than the very good tooth cleanser and mouth wash . Though not necessary it would have been a good start on ways of incorporating organ foods and grass fed dairy, raw milks in smoothies are simple enough. An excellent start for a future of health

Loved This Book!
I really enjoyed this book. It was a quick read, because it's well-written and interesting, while also being chock-full of good information and practical advice. Everything the author asserts makes sense, and coincides with so much other nutritional, herbal and homeopathic information available to those of us looking for alternative ways to take control of our and our families' health. Truth is, I bought this book some time ago, but only just read it tonight. I'm so glad I did, but wish I hadn't waited so long!

Great Resource To Keep Your Teeth Healthy
I found this book to be very informative, well-written, and backed up with a lot of facts. I liked how the author organized the book, giving the problem first (unhealthy eating habits lead to tooth decay) and several very good solutions including eating a healthier diet, recipes, and fact-based principles on how to keep your teeth healthier than they would be by brushing and flossing alone. I would definitely recommend this book to other people who want to keep their teeth healthy and happy.

Healthy body, healthy teeth
This book reveals the truth of how to get really healthy teeth. It is one of the most eye opening books I have ever read about natural cure for teeth. It is based, inter alia, on the revolutionary book "Nutrition and physical degeneration by Dr. Price. Forget what you believe to know about tooth health and dental hygiene. I highly recommend this book - read it and eliminate your toxic toothpaste. Very useful are also the toothpaste recipes.

It reads more like an outline than a finished manuscript
It felt, unfinished. I got to the end and thought, that's it? It reads more like an outline than a finished manuscript. It lacks detail of how to get from point A, cavity, to point B, heal it up. And the no grains thing, that is not what The Weston A. Price foundation says. Sally Fallon, who I believe is, or was, head of that foundation, wrote a book, "Nourishing Traditions", detailing the correct way to use grains for food. She frequently quotes Weston A. Prices work in that book. I did like some of chapter 2 on diet. There is more to using Homeopathy for healing anything than merely listing remedies with a little description. I've used it for years, so I know. And what about the cavity, infection, itself? That's treatable with homeopathy too. If she's going to discuss using homeopathy, then do so with more than a "list" of remedies and what they are for. What potencies? How frequently and for how long? Each remedy is different. And then the tooth sticks, she goes to another continent for them? Really? People right here had traditional trees to get sticks to clean their mouth, what about those? The chapter on herbs is no better than the one on homeopathy, a list with no guidelines for using them. I've also used medicinal herbs for years. She started out with a great idea, gathered some good info, but either didn't know where to go for information to complete the process, or just wanted to get done. Her list of resources looks like no more than web sites where she got information. What about "where do I go from here?" for her readers since she didn't bother to include any detail herself. I purchased her book because I didn't want to read all of the science that is supposed to be in the other one. I should have just waited, saved more money, and maybe got the other one. I would not recommend this book to anyone and will not purchase anything else by this author. Absolutely not worth the price.

I got this instead of another well known book. ...
I got this instead of another well known book. This book I found to be a bit bare bones and was such a quick read that I thought I was mistaken. If you want just an overview this will work but if you prefer to know all the details, skip it.

Just read it!
I am thrilled to have this book! Because of my own dental problems and a desire to spare my sons from similar issues, I have changed my diet to meet the recommendations of grass-fed animal products, cod liver oil, and no grains or sugars. I actually started my journey by reading Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel. It is a much more technical book, longer (219 pgs) and more difficult to read. If you are just looking into this subject, I HIGHLY recommend THIS book to get you started. If you decide to pursue this, then I suggest also reading Mr. Nagel's book. BTW, following this diet is positively affecting my whole body, not just my teeth!!!!!

Not impressed
This book reads like a pamphlet, it's tiny with huge print. It's just a regurgitation of Weston prices work with no new scientific backed information, but opinion. Very disappointing. I was diagnosed with a mouth full of cavities so thought it would be worth a shot to read this book. Save your money for your fillings, or get Sally Farons wonderful book or just read up on the Weston price's work online.

More like a small brochure, not a book
This is not a book, it is so thin -it is more like a brochure about the subject. It contains things which you probably have heard before. It gives you suggestion about homeopathic remedies without telling you strength or dosages. It is somehow half informative information. I am actually very disappointed and can not recommend this book. I have to buy another book in order to get full information.
