**Q: Where can I purchase replacement flag and rod?**
A: I've seen these guys at toys R us so I would assume try checking at your local one

**Q: Would you consider this a child or a turtle?**
A: Turtle because you're supposed to slow down around it.

**Q: replacement slow stickers?**
A: I acquired an old one of these that did not come with the slow stickers.  I simply painted slow on it with black paint, and bought small reflective stickers to stick to the sides of it.

**Q: Is This a turtle or a man?**
A: My husband swears up and down that it is a turtle.  I however don't think that makes sense, and I see a little boy in a cap, with a handle on the back.
