Great House for Kitty :-D
SO MUCH ROOM for Kitty! A living room, a master bedroom, a viewing and sunning deck off the bedroom, two doorways (downstairs and upstairs), a convertible roof that opens... It's better than MY house! lolAssembly was not hard. It took a bit of time of course but less than I was expecting. Closer to putting together a puzzle than 'assembling'. Directions were very good. But as a reviewer mentioned, there are a few places where holes for the screws are not pre-drilled. So you might have to drill them yourself (I'm not sure if you should screw in the screws without pre-drilling holes or not).Seems to be good quality wood, painted/stained nicely (although slightly thin here and there). Waterproof roof seems to be of very good quality. The entire floor of the second story is easily removable so (along with the opening roof) the entire house can be accessed and cleaned very easily.THE only problem was the styrofoam they used for packaging.... NO END to the BB sized foam bits that came off the main pieces of foam! And very highly charged to they stick to everything. It literally took me as long to unpack and mitigate the foam bits as it did to assemble the house. But definitely worth it as the end result is a house built for a king... 'King Kitty' that is. :-)

Excellent!
Excellent for what we wanted. Outside, but under carport for feral cats to get out of weather and hiding. We add blankets and rugs, and home sweet home. Fancy, easy to assemble. Happy with product!

Thin walls, but overall great purchase!!
Such a cute house!!!! Very easy to assemble! Directions are great!! Walls are a little thin- like paper thin. I actually got some half inch insulation foam for the bottom half, and insulated each wall as I assembled. I also drilled a hole in the bottom for a cord to the warming pad I will keep in there. Lastly, while the walls are “wood,” I felt like they would absorb moisture, so to extend the life of the house I sprayed two coats of scotchguard UV and water protection. The bottom door has a pvc door flap that is very stiff- so far the cat doesn’t like using it and goes in and out from the top door.Really love that the inside top floor and “balcony” floor come out so I can get in there if I need too. Also very structurally sound.

A MUST BUY FOR INDOOR/OUTDOOR KITTIES!!!
This AMAZING cathouse has surpassed my expectations! The time that was put into constructing the home is very visible as we built it in LESS than a HOUR! Easy instructions to say the least. We did add a protective sealant for added weatherproofing because it will be exposed to all elements of weather all year long. With an added heating pad and cat bed the kitties have already explored the home and snuggled in for some warmth. There isn't a single disappoint from this buyer. I will be recommending to all my friends that have outdoor kitties and want them to have a home. PEACE OF MIND!!!

Cute cat house, terrible constructions, cheap wood
Overall the cat house is very cute, currently my cat is scared to go inside but he might get used to it soon. The constructions were confusing and hard to read. The wood cracks while building it, mainly because the wood is so hard that it’s difficult to put the screws in. On a side note, once you open that cardboard box and take out all the pieces, the wood will stink up the room that it’s in for hours. While I am writing this review the wood still smells and giving me an awful headache. Hopefully it goes away by tomorrow morning because I don’t know if I can deal with it any longer.

My cat loves it!!!
My cat loves this kitty condo. I keep his food on the balcony. He loves to chill there. He really likes having his own space for naps or to just have some quiet time.

Our cats love it.
We have outdoor cats and they immediately accepted this house. I put a small rug folded in half in the top floor and a soft cat bed in the bottom floor. You could easily insulate with foam board on the inside walls. Always stays dry on the inside.

Not worth 150$ but it’s ok
One piece was broken, seller is sending replacement piece. The wood is a bit dry though so I’m probably gonna seal it before leaving it outside for the porch kitty. It’s ok but definitely not worth 150$
