Love the look and feel of this, the blade was easy to insert and Id did quick work of cleaning up my neck thats hard to do under my long, bushy overhanging bearded. After all the shaping Ive done Im always a bit wary of my regular neck tidy, keeping a straight line but this is ideal. Its not easy to use/see a bic, electric shaver under there but this straight razor is ideal for precision and to let you see what you are doing. Looks great, very good metal used, so shiny and nicely weighted.Take your time learning your grip and holding it, proper razors like this arnt designed to lo lock open and used right will give best results.They certainly knew the best instrument to use to shave in days gone by and this well made, traditional product proves it, very classy and functional.

Really like the look & design of this and it's a very nice looking stainless steel cut throat razor and looks the part with the stainless steel blade and matching handle which makes it look very smart and professional. The razor has a good weight to it, is very comfortable to hold for an easy and accurate shave and seems very easy to change the blade when you need to replace it. A decent enough quality razor, though not outstanding, and certainly a nice one in the looks department.

This set does work, but it's not great. It is very stylishly presented though with a handy pouchAt the current price of £15, it's not too bad, but you might want to go elsewhere for the perfect shave

I actually use a cut throat razor and this is without a doubt the shoddiest product I have ever seen. There are a number of blade loading mechanisms on the market but this is simply holding a normal shaving blade and then covering the top. It's not using a proper cut throat blade at all !!! I can't state strongly enough how cheaply and badly this has been made when compared to my other cut throat razor's but this is just pain and problems waiting to happen. Please take some time to shop around for something better. There are lots. This review is for the joy roger cut throat razor. The product comes in a leather style pouch. In the pouch is the razor. There was no box or other packaging apart from the amazon box.It’s a very nice quality, looks great and I think any man that uses cut throat razors would love it. It has a very modern look and feel to it compared to the normal plastic gillette razor.This is the first time I’m using a cut throat and it was a bit challenging at first. However didn’t take to long to get used to it.Would recommend.

Super sharp!This is a sharp piece of kit. So sharp that it kind of scared me a bit. This is the first folding Straight Razor I've ever tried and it will take some getting used to.That being said, I can see what all of the fuss is about now. I'm in it for the long haul!
