I love that I can commit to filling the journal in at the beginning and end of each day as the daily reflections are not too time consuming. At the beginning of each month there are prompts, card spreads, affirmations and mantras to dive deeper into the theme of the month. For over a month, I have been doing a card reading every day and writing in this journal every morning and evening. After such a short space of time, it's unbelievable the transformation I have gone through. I've become more self-aware and more focused on what I need to let go of and what I need to call in.
