The Therm-A-Rest Trail Pro Self-Inflating Camping And Backpacking Sleeping Pad is an absolute game-changer when it comes to outdoor sleeping comfort. This sleeping pad has become an essential part of my camping and backpacking gear, ensuring a restful night's sleep wherever I go. The comfort provided by the Trail Pro sleeping pad is unmatched. It's like sleeping on a cloud, even on uneven or rocky terrain. Durability is another standout feature of this sleeping pad. The materials used are high-quality and capable of withstanding rugged outdoor conditions. I have used this pad on multiple camping trips, and it has held up exceptionally well, showing no signs of wear or tear. What sets the Trail Pro apart is its versatility. It is suitable for both camping and backpacking adventures. The pad's lightweight design and compact size make it easy to pack and carry, without sacrificing any comfort. The self-inflating feature is a true time-saver, allowing for quick and effortless setup at the end of a long day.

This pad is fantastic! I used it on a bikepacking trip along the Carretera Austral in Patagonia, and it performed amazingly. I’m pretty delicate with my back, and this pad provided excellent support while being very comfortable. It’s self-inflatable and takes about 8 minutes to reach the point where you just need to add a few breaths—not too much effort, so you can still get your campfire going afterward. In addition, it never punctured or lost air during my trip. The only downside is that it’s a bit bulky, but the comfort and support it offers make it worth it. I would definitely buy it again

Fabulous sleeping pad! It is comfortable in any weather. It's very lightweight, but I don't use it for backpacking because it is so large when rolled up. Cinch sack is great, which makes it easy to pack up.

I have a older shorter version of this pad, 49" long, something like the newer ProLite. I decided I am tired of propping my legs on my pack while sleeping so this pad fits the bill. About this new pad, looks ribbed which is shown in the listing photos but it really has pronounced ribbing (ribbed foam) inside. This was a surprise. The wing lock I suppose is an upgrade. The old valve style worked fine for me. The valve is one-way it is only for inflation, not deflation. I was hoping the valve would prevent re-inflation when I was rolling the pad up. Not a big deal. With a cited R valve of 4.4, this is an upgrade from my older pad. Another review complained about thickness, measuring 2.5", not 3.0. Well, I care about the R value. and T-a-R cites 3 inches, and 2.5" rounds to 3! Ha! Note the pad does not come with a repair kit. I've had my older T-a-R for years without puncture issues. No big deal. The pad come with a nice stuff sack with straps. Nice touch. I am happy and worth 5-stars.

I like the Trail Pro Self-Inflating Sleeping Mat because I don't have to huff & puff to blow it up. Thermarest does all the work for me. It is comfortable to sleep on. The first night the pad slid around but then I realized that there is a smooth bottom side and a more grippy top material. Problem solved when I flipped the pad over. Durability: only time will tell. I do put a closed cell sleeping pad underneath for a little extra protection. It is a little heavy for backpacking. I use the Thermarest NeoAir XL for backpacking.

I got the trail pro to replace my old thermarest luxury series as my winter pad. It is warm and rather compact for a self Inflating pad it can easily fit in my osprey ceres 50 with a good amount of room left. The pads shape is rather good for a mummy pad. The pad is warm down to 10 degrees but when paired with a closed cell foam pad I have been warm down to zero degrees All and all this is a really good, reliable, comfortable and warm pad

Works well to keep your shoulders and hips from pressing through. Packs well and is lightweight.

I bought this for my 5-night canoe trek and was not disappointed! It was lightweight, easy to set up and fold away, and very comfy! It was a bit slippery, though...I kept rolling off it the first few nights until I got used to it.

Magnifica compra

So far impressed with this very comfortable easy to inflate deflate is expensive but there are discounts sometimes I paid 110 for wide version doesn't pack micro small or super light but is light and packs smaller than a foam Matt more flexible than that easy fits in my 80l ruck with other items I can't comment on longevity but so far no wear I do pack and look after carefully and store loosely rolled not folded like when in compression sack when in rucksack I put in a standard pillow case inside rolled to store when not in use watch out for valve sticking out when rolled this could catch in rucksack may damage it is well made shuld last I'm sure better insulation for winter cold weather important but this Matt is comfortable for me side sleeper also can adjust comfort by adjusting how much air in while layed on it less can be better than too much air there is no built in pillow but I use fabric small cushion and have a normal pillow case I carry I stuff with jacket or jumper if I want more pillow height below my cushion also if you have a achey back this gives good support I look at it as long term use and so justify price I also use in summer and colder weather quality does cost more because of materials manufacture time etc i haven't had need for a repair yet but you can get patches or Send to therm to repair this Matt did not come with any patches a bit of a let down but overall my opinion good update I have weighed this Matt with my scales between 1.5 and 1.3/4 pounds not digital scales but accurate enough

It’s the most comfortable sleeping pad I’ve had and been on. It stores thick so it takes a lot of place if you’re backpacking. So that’s the main tradeoff. I like it though, very comfortable
