This stuff is fascinating. It’s unlike any ghee I’ve come across. It’s swimming in what I’d describe as butter oil with butter solids at the center. I’m not sure what the properties are of the solids but it’s not protein. Casein being the dominant milk protein next to whey absolutely ruins my stomach these days and yet my canary does not sing for signs of danger. The solids almost have a waxy disposition but render extremely well with no smoking. The oil is like a butter lasting concentrate almost reminding me of movie popcorn but yet the real McCoy. This is no Organic Valley or any other ghee commonly found in the US. It’s my chosen source with the catch 22 of it being canned. Canned is great for long term storage with sacrifice of the purity that being stored in glass almost guarantees. Canned food will always shirk some degree of purity compared to glass.

I've tried a lot of Ghees.... this is my favorite, it is delicious and rich. Costs a little more, but I think it is worth it. Love that it is A2, which is a major criteria for me.

This item came without a cover. It is sealed but once the seal is broken, there is no way to cover it or seal it with the cover.

The product which is shown is available in Indian Grocery store at $15 ... On Amazon its being sold at exorbitant price by seller.Ghee might have some flavor .. but not bad overall.

Great product and it tastes great. But I’d rather it in a jar or bottle rather that the can.
