Great cheese and seller does a good job
We enjoy and use Roth Buttermilk Blue Cheese. This is a good way to buy it for salads, salad dressings, spreads, sandwiches, artisan pizzas, etc. I divide with family and package some for the freezer using a cutting wire and tight cling wrap. Always fast shipping, and packaged well with cold packs in a Styrofoam box.

Hands down the best creamiest blue cheese EVER!!!
This is absolutely hands down best creamiest blue cheese I have ever tasted. It’s hard to impossible to find after the Covid years. It crumbles, it’s sooo creamy and the taste, WOW! It’s like the flavor causes waves of braingasms, like fireworks exploding in your brain. I really should not tell anyone about this blue cheese as it will be once again impossible to find.
