But again to reach my potassium goal each day I was taking 10-12 a day! During this time I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis. It is a condition that causes your stomach to not process and digest the food you eat. It also causes frequent and sometimes severe nausea, making swallowing anything was a high issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exhaustion GONE!!

I am not an athlete. I just felt so exhausted and felt that every movement was strained. I like to stay busy but I could tell my body was low in something. I decided to try taking potassium to see if it would help with the exhaustion but I wanted something that would absorb quickly because my husband was throwing me a retirement party and I just wanted to feel like myself during the party, you know play with my grandchildren in the pool. This product saved me from feeling sluggish during this event. I feel like myself again!! I'm not an athlete but now I can be if I decide to, Lol. It was amazing because only a few hours after taking 1/2 teaspoon I immediately felt the exhaustion leave. Definitely going to keep this product on hand.
