Great recipes!
I was never able to get her basic recipe to yield a perfect bagel so I defaulted to Reinhart. Was very happy with the result then and modified Vimur's based on Reinhart's base recipe. Roasted garlic/Brie is absolutely my favorite, though my freezer is well stocked with lemon, sun-dried tomato and Bloody Mary bagels. Thanks Jules!

A great variety of bagels for boiling and baking
This is the bagel cookbook i was looking for! It contains a broad variety of creative bagel recipes with hints at how to prepare them for boiling and baking. As a book itself, the book deserves five stars. I bought the Kindle version. It is more awkward on a Kindle to flip back and forth between pages as much as I would like to in a cookbook which is why I gave it only four stars.

Big price, small book
This isn't a book in my opinion, it's a pamphlet. I have a lot of bread baking books and for the cost of this pamphlet, I can get some really beautiful, large volumes of work. I sent this pamphlet back. It simply was not worth the price to me.

This is a special find!
This unique book explains detailed information on making classic and artisian bagels. This is a wonderful gem.

Not So Fab
A little underwhelming. Sort of seems like an amateur job, frankly. I really wish that people who print "cook books" would learn to print them out in a sensible format allowing the book to lay flat so it can actually be USEFUL when using it. This was a bit limited in its scope and just a wee bit cheesy.
