Ok, I got this set because it has the larger ball. I like the other options too, but I knew I needed a larger ball and I do use that most of all. I have a bunch of lacrosse balls around the house and in my suitcase for whenever I need to get the knots out. The double ball is cool for my neck and head. The weird wobbly looking one is nice to rub my hand/wrist with. And the pokey ball has felt good on my feet. I love to use the big black one on the floor to roll it around and get the knots on my back and my hip. Oh baby. It feels amazing. This comes with a little bag to keep everything in (wash first...lots of little fibers on the balls when I first opened!), and a booklet that explains fascia quite well!

Works well to work out tight and sore spots in between runs and the smaller hand massager works great on the hands and feet and even the neck. The bag the set comes in is an easy way to keep everything together and keep my dog from stealing them to use as chew toys. Good value for the money.

I like my foot massager

I chose this set because it had every possible size and structure for any body work one needed to do. I also like the little storage bag that's included. They work. My husband loves them too. Works well between appointments with a chiropractor or massage therapist. Much less expensive and quicker than an appointment as well.

I am a Personal Trainer and bought these to help my clients with stretching and sore muscles.These things are amazing and for the price you definitely can not beat it. The giant ball is great to use for a replacement of a giant foam roller. The hand massager is amazing for hitting all the pressure points that are tough to massage out!

I work out a lot, have sciatica, and sit at a computer for work. Overall, my back/shoulders/hips are fairly destroyed. Started using these to break down the several layers of knots that riddle my entire body and I gotta say they’re working some wonders. I can feel blood returning to areas after I use them. Just be diligent and consistent with your usage, don’t be afraid to dig in there, and I bet that you’ll have some pain relief in no time. I’ll continue to incorporate using these in my daily routine for sure. I will say the spikey one is painful and did leave some indentation/bruising in my feet but again the relief I felt afterwards was definitely worth. Even feels like my feet have a bit more of an arch to them now

Excellent value for the money, and includes a booklet with very detailed instructions on exactly how to use for each muscle group. 5-10 minutes with these every few days and/or before workouts and games have helped quite noticeably with stiffness and soreness.
