Really impressed and thoroughly enjoying the program!!!
I finished P90, T25 and Les Mills Combat. This was my first try at a non-BeachBody Program. I was skeptical that the product might end up being lame and boring (you know how some things you buy "as seen on tv" can be.) This was not the case at all. The program has kept me challenged and motivated to continue. I started the level 4 (dual Thunderbell) workout this week. There are plyometric moves like squat jumps while holding 2 Thunderbells (one in each hand.) Other moves like a lateral (to the side) lunge with bicep curls on the way up. I bought the single Thunderbell and Level 1 thru 3 workouts on Amazon and went to the products website to purchase the 2nd Thunderbell and Level 4 (dual Thunderbell) workout. My only complaint is that the pace of each workout was a little hard to keep up with. I found myself only completing a 7th rep as they finished their 10th one. This was slightly annoying as I was trying to maintain good form. I found myself rewinding/pausing quite often. Once you have the order of exercises down, the rewind/pause time tapered off and I was shocked how out of breath I was keeping thier pace. The basic abs has an equal amount of back work as well... hyper extensions (lying on your stomach... hands under chin and lifting arms and legs simultaneously,) swimmers, etc... I loved the advanced abs where lying on your back you place your 10lb Thunderbell on the top of your shins and extend legs out with arms overhead and grab it when you bring your knees back in to your stomach and extend arms again while holding it overhead. The Thunderbell has multiple hand hold positions and it really does act like a single dumbbell and kettlebell combined in one piece of equipment. The moves are just like with any other program... some are easy to learn and some take a little more practice. Some of the moves have "ribbon" patterns. For example; squat rotations with ribbon pattern. You hold your Thunderbell high and to the right of your head and do a twisting squat and rotation where it ends up by your left hip. When you come back to the high right, you "ribbon" behind your head and end up high left and do your twisting squat rotation where you now end up by your right hip and continue reversing to each side behind your head for the 10 repetitions on each side. Other functional moves that I enjoyed: pull to catch with a lunge chop. You hold the Thunderbell in one hand (let's say you start with the right) You pull it up to a point of catching it with your second hand (about abdomen/chest level) while doing a little hop. You then go high right (side of head,) lunge forward (left leg) and bring the Thunderbell down across your body in a chopping motion, ending up on the side of your left leg while maintaining most of your body weight on the right leg for all the reps. Then you switch sides. This was a full body functional workout program. Many more moves that I found very enjoyable. Your instructor, Jeremy Levine, states that he developed this system for the Navy Seals. It was meant to be challenging while maintaining lower risk for injury. You do the workouts 3 times a week and pick your own cardio routine for the off days (loved this part as I am a "variety" guy and this kept me from getting bored with the program.) I did not follow their 60/90 day calendar, which you have to printout from the website. To keep it simple, I would do the first workout of the week, at whatever level I was on and do Part 1 both cycles. The next one I would do Part 2 both cycles and the last workout of the week I would do one cycle each of Part 1 and Part 2. The downside to this approach was that I probably wasn't changing it up and keeping my body guessing as much as I could have. The title of each workout might be a little confusing at first. Each Level (1,2,3,4) has 2 parts (Part 1 and Part 2 which have different moves.) Then you break that down to cycle 1 and 2. I found each cycle to be about 6 minutes in length, give or take. All this means is that you do whichever Part (1 or 2) go through the 1st cycle and then repeat it again (2nd cycle) after a 30 second water break in between. Did I lose you yet? It might look something like this: Level 1, Part 1, Cycle 1 then 30 second water break and then you would have... you guessed it... Level 1, Part 1, Cycle 2. You could be up to the Level 3 workouts and be doing Part 2, Cycle 1 (6 minutes) then 30 second water break and then it would be Level 3, Part 2, Cycle 2 (another 6 minutes.) I consider myself to be an intermediate exerciser in my 40's, with my primary goal of maintaining good fitness and not necessarily looking to bulk up or drop significant weight. No doubt that I will return again to this program in the near future. I would recommend this to anyone, beginner, intermediate or advanced. I felt like my $$ were well spent.

Tried it once, not a big fan, would rather do dasha kettlebell kick boxing. Wish I would have saved my money.

Thunderbell Pro 10 review.
Love this workout series!!! I purchased the Thunderbell Pro 10 series and you get the Thunderbell and the Level 1-3 workouts. Then I immediately ordered the Level 4 dual Thunderbell workout from Teeter off of their website. Now... Of course you won't get like Phil Heath doing these workouts. You won't build muscle... Let's be honest... But that is not why I purchased the program. I have all of the Beachbody Workouts and I wanted to do something different for 90 days. I saw this and I knew that it would be something different and fun. And I was right!! This program really improves your agility and your athletic performance. Yes... The Thunderbell is only 10lbs but by the end of the workouts... Especially the Level 2 and 3 workouts... You will be glad it does not weigh more. You never put the Thunderbell down throughout the entire workout. And it works. If you want to get your body ripped or really toned up... And have a ton of fun doing it... But you still work hard... This program will do it!! You will sweat and it will burn. The movement patterns take some time to get it down. You actually have to learn how to use the Thunderbell. But the tutorial DVD really helps. The calendar and fitness guide you have to download. I prefer a hard copy. The program is 90 days but the workouts are only 3 days a week and the other days they actually encourage you to do other activities. So you can easily hybrid this program with going to the gym and doing your heavy lifting or whatever it is you do to stay in shape. I have been a personal trainer for 9 years... I have been an athlete for over 20 years... So I have been around FITNESS most of my life and I can tell you that this program is real. Research the company Teeter... This is the same company that brought us Teeter Hangups. Practically everyone I have met has one of those and they love it. This company does not put out crap that doesn't work. I was sceptical about buying this program but once I saw that Teeter was behind it... I took a chance and I didn't regret it. These workouts are awesome and they will get you in shape and really improve the way you move everyday. This program gets 4 stars out of 5 because I would like to have hard copies of the schedule and nutrition guide. Plus the warm up and cool down are exactly the same for every workout. So those get repetitive. Other than those 2 things... Everything else is perfect. Thanks.

Great product!
It just arrived today and I already love it. The dumbbell grip (on the cross bar) is great. There is zero chance of it slipping from my hand. I especially like the side to side medicine ball action. This is a quality product but I'm glad I got it at a discounted price. Even with the DVD's and website access, the original list price is way too high for one modified dumbbell/kettle bell/medicine ball. The individual purchase prices for dumbbells, kettle bells and a medicine ball combined is much less than the ThunderBell list price. I would not have purchased it at that price. At the discounted price I would buy it again and recommend it to a friend.

Tough for beginners
I rarely exercise but I wanted to change that in my life. I wanted find a weight training program to do at home along with using my treadmill. I found this program very challenging for me. DVD 1 has a section that explains the moves they use during the workouts, which I love. Only did that section so far and realized I should have started out with 6 pound version. Not sure why I thought the 6 pound thunderbell would be too easy...lol. I was sweating (which makes me feel like I got a workout) and will stick to doing that section until I'm comfortable with all the moves. You will see results if you stick to it. I'm happy with my purchase.
