does not work.
being honest here that has better products than his clamp. I guess I got one just too small . and I don’t believe that a personal use product as this can be returnable and it’s not inexpensive $$$. I honestly believe Clemson should be an issue with the patient the surgeon and the doctors involved. clamps are not a toy by any means, and should be use very cautiously and carefully.

Pacey Cuff Rocks!
I have been using the Pacey Cuff Ultra since mid December of 2021. I had a radical prostatectomy in September, 2021 which left me incontinent. I have been going to physical therapy sessions to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles but the recovery process has been slow. Because I was getting tired of the constant wetness associated with incontinence and having to change pads several times a day, I began doing some research on the internet and that is how I came to learn about the Pacey Cuff. This little device has changed my life. I used to worry about leaving the house to do just about anything in fear of having an embarrassing accident. Having to carry several pads everywhere you go was no fun either. Many times I would just stay home because it was too much of a hassle to deal with. When I read some of the reviews posted by others, the biggest complaint was that people had trouble with the placement of the device. It takes practice and a lot of it! At least for me it did. The device comes in three sizes (S,M,L). I tried a couple of different sizes and finally settled on the medium. You have to experiment a bit to make sure the pressure pad on the underside of the device is pressing firmly against the urethra. Then while holding that firmly in place with one hand, (don't let it slip), use your other hand to thread the strap through the top portion of the device and cinch it down firmly but not so tight that you cut off the blood circulation to the penis. Trust me, you will know if you do. It takes a bit of practice until you find the exact tightness and placement but once you do, just remember that spot by looking where the number on the strap lines up with the notch on the plastic portion of the top part of the cuff. It also comes with a sleeve the company calls a power sleeve that serves as a buffer between the cuff and your skin. The directions say to fasten the sleeve on either side of the penis but I have had much better results by fastening it directly on top. (easier to fasten in that position too) Before putting the cuff on each morning I apply a little skin cream (optional) to the skin then fasten the sleeve and finally the cuff. The cuff remarkably stays in place and does not slip. I thought it would but it doesn't. Yes it sounds like a process but I do all of this now in less then 5 minutes. Like I said, practice, practice, practice. The device can also be worn in the water swimming (saltwater or swimming pool). Washing everything every night before going to bed with a hypoallergenic soap only takes about five minutes. Let the cuff dry completely. You are not suppose to put the cuff on wet. The company claims the device should last about 6 months before replacing. Mine is four months old now and it still looks almost like new and that is hand washing it every night. The quality of materials used seem to be of high quality. I now have purchased another cuff. While one is drying for example after swimming, I have another to wear. I wear it from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night. I don't even know I have it on. And I have had no skin irritation whatsoever. I still wear a light pad with it to catch small leaks that can occur when I sneeze or cough for example. Some may think the device is pricey but compared to the number of pads I used to purchase, this is an absolute bargain. Once you get used to wearing it one or two pads should last all day until you go to bed at night. Customer service is also very good. I have called them twice with questions and they were very helpful. Before going out in public, I suggest getting use to it by wearing it around the house. I hope you will find this review helpful. Just remember, practice and patience are the key. All of a sudden you will get it and have that "AhHa" moment. And don't be afraid to call customer service. They are there for you and ready to help.

Pacey Cuff
I first tried a Pacey Cuff for Urinary Incontinence just a month ago; and liked it very much. It stops dripping by at least 95-100%. Being convinced of its usefulness I ordered two more. I use it regularly during the day time with satisfactory results. I mange whole day with just one pad which I use with the Pacey Cuff just for caution. I remember to go to bath room every two hours and relieve myself simply by loosening the cuff. It is important to remember not to try to tighten it excessively; otherwise it may impede the blood flow which can be rather harmful. Other than that I don't need to exercise any other precaution while using it. It is far superior to any other clamps that are available on the market place. I wash it with warm water and soap. It dries just in a few hours and is ready for use again. All in all it is a well thought of device keeping in mind that it does not cause any unintended harm. I limit it to day time use only for abundance of caution.

A comfortable, effective aid for minor incontinence.
I've been using this cuff for minor to moderate leakage due to spinal stenosis. It's completely comfortable, and it works for me.It's completely unobtrusive under clothing, which is **not** true of some of the other frequently ordered cuffs. I like it so much that I'm going to order a second one.If ordering from Amazon, be very careful about the size you order. Amazon twice sent me a Small cuff, when I had ordered a Large. I decided to order directly from Pacey, and that solved the size problem.Highly recommended.

Too expensive & doesn't work well.
Clap used for male incontinence. Harder to put on and does not work as well as less expensive clamps. Did not come with all items listed in directions.

Order the Correct Size & Read Instructions
This product has allowed me to play sports without the worry of constantly going to the public restrooms to change your pad. I play baseball and golf 5-6 days per week and this product is a life saver. It does feel a little snug at times due to me making sure its tight enough so I don't leak. I had a radical prostatectomy and several treatments of radiation and due to this I'm very incontinent and this product has given my very active sports life back again! Please make sure you order the correct size and you will be impressed with this product.

More technical than anticipated
Not certain about size calculation. Have only tried once for a few hours. No discomfort while wearing but some swelling and red coloration when removed. Lot of leaking during first fitting.
