Common Trouble Shooting Steps -Why is the trap door not working properly? -Due to the folding nature of this product, if the overall frame is not properly aligned during setup, it may affect the connection between the trigger rod and the pedal, thereby affecting the triggering of the trap door. -What should I do if the cage is loose? - Due to the folding structure of the product, after multiple folds, the buckle on the product will expand and cause the cage to loosen. You can use pliers to clamp these loose buckles, or you can use extra zip ties to secure the cage. (If the cage is too loose, it may also affect the triggering structure of the trap.) - If you have any other questions about how to use the product, please feel free to message us at any time. Humane results cannot be guaranteed by the trap itself. It relies on frequent user inspection and prompt release of any captured animal to reduce the risk of injury. PINCH HAZARD: The spring door can pinch and injure human hands as well as trapped animals. Wear protective gloves during trap setup and animal release to prevent pinch wounds, bites and scratches from frightened wildlife.
