I’ve used Mueller brand for many of my sprains and this is a good addition to my preventive kit. I purchased this to minimize the vibrations that go up my elbow shoulder and neck when using an automotive polisher. I have a cervical injury and it makes a huge difference on whether my neck has a sharp pain at the end of the day or not. One day I didn’t take it work and regretted it immensely, proving to me that it worked great at absorbing the vibrations and shock. Update after 2 years: still my favorite! I lost this strap recently and have been using two other brands that I bought. But they are just not able to keep the pressure on my elbow tendon like this one does, so I'm buying another! I love this armband for my tennis elbow. This is the second arm band I bought, and it’s much better than the previous one. My tennis elbow is absolutely excruciating, and this brace doesn’t completely solve the problem, but it sure makes it a lot better. It makes it so that I can proceed with my life while I undergo the long process of recovery. This brace is simple, and that’s what I like about it. It’s the right width, not so narrow that it cuts into my skin I’m not so thick, but it feels bulky. It has great fabric. It’s lightweight. It’s easy to clean. It’s quite comfortable, and I even sleep in it sometimes. If you’re in doubt about which size to buy, I’d recommend getting the smaller one. My arm measured right at the 11 inches that is the cut off. I got the small and it’s plenty big.

My favorite. Good for few months and then the Velcro is not holding strong enough. Great support and feels good on the arm so I don’t even think about it during the workout. Very easy to use and clean.

I have small arms/wrists as older gal, so I purchased this item because it came in a size small. The fit and feel is nice. It's so soft on the inside that it moves around and out of place, also, there is no return option, so I'm stuck with it, whether I like it or not, so I knocked a couple of stars. And, I see this item on the shelf in Walgreens, so be aware you may be able to check it out locally, as well as return it if I doesn't work out. Hope this info helps.

Skeptical about the price--but an excellent product. Easy to use, slips right on. Velcro allows you to tighten or loosen as needed for amount of pressure desired. Easy to adjust presser point to position you need, so far it hasn't slipped down my arm. Comfortable material--appears to be well made, good stitching all the the way around, no threads poking out anywhere. Material has some flexibility even when cinched down so that you can still move y our arm without cutting off circulation. No rubbery smell. Pressure pad is not removable but product is easy enough to shift where you need it Very pleased. Finally some relief. (Time to test out its durability!)

After over a year of suffering pretty consistent tennis elbow, I finally talked to my doctor about it and he specifically recommended this type of band, one that has the pad to create a pressure point. Despite this advice, I still was tempted by all the other types of products I saw like sleeves, but in the end trusted his advice. I play hockey and many games my elbow would shoot with pain and degrade my play (I don't need any help there!). The very first time I wore it playing, it made an amazing difference, virtually zero pain! I've worn it now for about 10 games and happy that the results are consistent. Although the size says small/medium, I have pretty decent forearms and it still fit just fine. Seemed a very good value compared to other choices as well.

This is a must for tennis elbow sufferers, great product.

Bought this because i hate the ones made out of neoprene (causes too much sweating under them) This works very well & would highly recommend it

Great technical support band for my golfers elbow (whilst I play racquet sports!) Comfortable, stays in place. Well worth the little extra cost.
