this item is very noisy for the lst half hour, which kept me awake and interfered with sleep for the rest of the nights. If I could return this thing, I would.

strange whirring noise, quite strong vibrations i tried to return it, made a snafu and there was no one to get in touch with. lost my money.

Have used product for month now, haven't noticed difference in getting to sleep. Still takes me forever. No direction given on how to replace the gel it requires.

I was pretty skeptical about this product but was surprised when within 10 minutes of it's use I found myself starting to get greatly relaxed if not a little, drowsy. I have had problems with insomnia for years but when I use this product I tend to sleep deeper. It doesnt make me fall asleep right away but as soon as the annoying 30 minutes of buzzing stops I drift off faster than I ever have. I sleep so deeply too! That is what I most impresses with. I find that it does help to actually follow the directions and use it 30 before bedtime if your trying to get on a schedule, but now who thinks that far ahead? :) All the same this is a good product and the price, although a little steep for my taste, is reasonable for the final product. Deep sleep!!!

I bought this because I have had trouble sleeping and I am really a little surprised....but this thing works.It is easy to care for and if used properly, it works for me. I have found I fall asleep faster and even better yet, sleep deeper. I have also found that a couple of times during the day when I wanted to "calm down", I put it on and it helped with that too.I think Hivox markets this as a sea-sickness aid as well and I cannot vouch for that. I don't get sea sick but I have a friend who goes on cruises and I am actually anxious for her to try it the next time she goes.I have been using it for a few weeks and I have no rash like others have said (it states if you get a rash to discontinue use) and some people seem to say it hurts. It certainly does not hurt me. It seems to me if it hurts that a person has a REALLY low tolerance to pain. I started with it on the lowest setting and have moved it up to about the middle now.So far, I am very happy.It is not a total "wear this once and you will sleep like a log" but it is a device (strange as it may be) to assist you in getting better sleep.If you don't like it, I am fairly sure you could return it but I would recommend people try it out. I am sure everyone is different and maybe it won't work for you but like me, maybe it will and for $50, it has already given me, what I consider to be, it's money's worth.

I used the sleep aid for over a month. It did not seem to have any effect.

The band was made of cheap plastic. The Velcro continuously came loose, and the band itself broke within two months. Do not recommend.

It's do not work,When I put the battery, the light does not shine. I live in China, spent Rmb78 shipping chargeCand now,How could I not be disappointed?

Quite simply, it did not work at all for me, and I gave it more than enough of a trial. Given what it is, it was a significant sum of money thrown down the drain.

HAve been useing the lifemaz for three weeks so is a bit early yet but i think there is a difference in my sleep pattern but am hoping for better results with time
