This light is awesome! I got it to use while camping this spring. But after it came it is became clear that the uses for this light is much bigger than camping. It is packed extremely nicely and arrived without any damage. The box was well padded and included a instruction manual.The light is charged using solar, however has a USB plug and can also be charged this way. It is great to keep in a car for a emergency. It would be ideal to use while changing a tire at night. It has a stand which has many different options it angle and stand the light up leaving your hands free.Another good use, which I will be purchasing another one, is for is a home emergency kit. A hurricane, flood, tornado, earthquake all would be disasters that this light would accommodate well. Being able to charge off of a generator or a car battery is awesome and takes minimal power. The sun takes no power at all. All these options are perfect for the light and a emergency of any type.Camping, the reason I bought the light to begin with, will work great. It took 4 hours of sun to bring he charge to a full charge. This was on a partly cloudy day. The light is very bright. It will be a awesome tool to use while in the tent or outside the tent at night. No flames to start a fire, and being in the mountains that is a major concern. The charge of how long the light lasts, I tried and it is super bright for about 3 continuous hours, then slowly weakens loosing any light by hour 5. That is still very adequate time to use in any of the mentioned activities without a charge.I am extremely pleased with this light. The size is great, the stand works well and stand quite nicely. Having multiple ways to charge this light is a asset. And the benefits of the uses far out way the reasonable expense. I consider this a excellent purchase and will be purchasing an extra and keep it in the car for emergencies such as a flat tire.

These lights are BRIGHT! i couldnt get it to turn on after charging, so was playing around with the button. Apparently you have to hold the power button down in order to get it to turn on and off, despite the reassuring clicking noise. Well, since i was thinking it wasnt working it was facing up when i thought to hold the button down. OMG! I'm now BLIND. Holy 1000 Lumens, Batman! these things are SUPER bright! thought they might be great for camping given the solar charging feature, but if you are looking for some nice soothing lights to add to campfire ambiance, look elsewhere. these things are great for campers, tents, and (according to my husband) digsites looking for dinosaur bones. THATS how bright they are.As i type this, i am STILL seeing spots. LOL

Received in time for my camping trip. The magnets came in handy and held the light up on my canopy. The only issue I had was that one (purchased 2) of the solar charger did not function properly but I was able to charge two phones up on the second unit. Upon returning home, I played around with both items and was able to get the USB port to work so still satisfied with he product. Another good issue with this is the rotating arm with the blinking red lights that acts like a stand and can warn oncoming traffic if you get stuck out on the road at night. I plan to purchase a few more of these as gifts and for my self so that I can leave them in my car and at home in case of power failure. They will light up a room.

I bought this work light to add to my collection of devices that charges using solar and does not require to be constantly plugged in.In terms of being a work light, it is a very good one. I haven't had any trouble figuring out how to use it. I like that the ports have a rubber dust cover. The magnet at the edge of the handle is very strong and comes in handy. Most of the time I need one of the first 3 lighting modes but I like that I have all 5 options in case I need option SOS lights.The one thing I love most about this light is that I never have to charge it. I just leave it at the window and it always has a full charge when I need it.

I've been in the market for a portable magnetic work light for a bit now and have tried a few different models. This one fits my needs perfectly. Being able to recharge it using the sun is amazing, very helpful if in situations that don't have power. You can also recharge it via standard USB which I've even used a power pack to do at times when on a job that didn't have available power close. One review said the magnets were not very strong, I highly disagree. I have stuck this on pretty much everything I own and it holds without an issue.

I just received this so I really cannot speak on the durability or true quality of this light- but from what I've seen so far it seems pretty great! I like that it can be solar but also comes with a charging cord. There are a few different settings for the lights- solid, frame, red, strobe... It is light weight and would be easy to pack to have as a "just in case". I was very happy with how bright it is.

So far what I like about this light is that shipped quickly, and is exactly as advertised. All four light modes work very well. At its brightest mode I took it out in my yard one night, and it lit up a very large section of the yard. Now it isn't a focused beam like a flashlight, it is a dispersed beam that lights up a large area. I am looking forward to using this light on our camping adventures. In this review I did not respond to the question on battery life. I do not know the answer to that yet. I can tell you I was looking this light over after unpacking while sitting in my recliner next to a window. It was a sunny day, but the sun was not visible through this window, yet the solar charger was charging just from the the outside brightness. I am well pleased with this light so far.

All in all a good light magnets NOT as strong as I would like but still a very good product WHEN WORKING in ATTIC space it supplies ME with a great light and the extra advantage OFF being able to leave on dashboard of van and charge up with BUILT in solar panel ..

Wow perfect work light, and a emergency light for the car. Super bright with 3 white light modes, 1 warm light mode and 1 red flashing mode. Have yet to try the solar charger due to the lovely British winter weather.10/10

I like that it’s not too bulky looking.I was at first disappointed but it surprised me bigtime when I switched it on — super bright!Overall, these lights offer good value for money.

I got this as we had planned a number of camping trips this summer and I didn't want to keep lugging batteries around or look for a outlet to charge usb gizmos! It works a treat, charges quicker than I expected and last a good amount of time. You have to get into the habit of taking it with you hiking or placing it somewhere safe while you're away from the tent but it never ran out for us and we definitely used it a lot!

This function of solar energy is very practical, so you don't have to worry about the product's electricity when camping. The brightness of the lamp is also sufficient.
