So far, excellent product. Haven't used it on a trip yet, but contacted seller about operation issue (instruction manual is printed very small) that i couldn't find. Seller responded to email immediately. Apparently the wireless charge part doesn't work when the unit is plugged in (charging). Charged my Galaxy S6 promptly.

This portable charger is amazing I can't live without this. Fast transaction and fast shipping.

Works well, but the top is a bit slippery, since it is supposed to be a wireless charger, it would be nice to have some rubber to hold the device in place.

While it seems that the product will charge other items WIRED, it doesn't charge them WIRELESSLY and there were not decent directions in the box...so that makes me nervous that it is not working as expected OR I just can't figure out how to work it.

I works great ang it chrages my note5 without any issues. Downside is that it's too slippery becuase the material is plastic. I could suggest to atleast change the top part to have a rubber material. But still give it 5 stars.

I was a little disappointed about the quality. It came with scuff marks and parts partially unglued. Otherwise a good product.

this wireless Qi battery is awesome even though I don't have a phone that can support it my coworker does and we share this charger with no problems at all.It's pretty compact for a battery pack with this capacity and charging it is about 6-8 hours, not sure of exact time since it's charging at night while I sleep. (I don't sleep for more than 8 hours a night).you should expect multiple charges for a smart phone or a tablet (about 3 for my oneplus one & oneplus two). The 2 Ports are smart ports and their output is 2.1 amps (which gives us the quicker charging time)The Qi technology is cool (slower charging time) and even if your device is not Qi-compatible, you can always use it regularly.Power button is great and battery level indicator is very useful.The build quality Is great and feels nice and sturdy in hand, a stylish design and overall a great power bank.I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest unbiased review.Seller was great and shipping was extremely fast.Thank you Seller and Amazon for a superb service and product.
