Ankle Weights, 1/2/3/4/6/8/10 LB 1 Pair Wrist Leg Arm Weight for Women, Men

I’ve been using ankle weights since 1979 and this is the first pair that I’ve ever owned that is also comfortable to wear. They have a built in flap extension to fill the gap between the two sides so that the Velcro strap does not cut into your ankle. The Velcro strap is wide and makes a very secure attachment. These are 5 pounds a piece and the iron beads inside are nowhere near as bulky as the sand filled ones. There is some migration of the iron beads from the top chamber to the bottom chamber when wearing them but it’s not irritating. It’s been a real joy to finally have ankle weights that do not hurt me. I have no idea about the quality of the stitching yet or the quality of the Velcro but they look well made. Time will tell and I will report back.

I didn’t know if they were water resistant material but they have been great to wear in chlorine pool.

I am recovering from knee surgery. My physical therapist has me doing lots of movements with ankle weights. I needed some for using at home and found these. They are extremely comfortable… so much so that I now own 4 sets in varying weights. My only disappointment is not finding these colored versions first. Now I have 2 sets in black and two sets with the color trim. The nice thing with the colored ones is it is easier to distinguish the weight. The weight is clearly printed on tags on the units, but I like simply looking up and knowing that I am ready to use 5 pounds and I can grab the gray ones or blue ones for 4 pounds.

I bought these to add a little strength training to my leg exercises. The are comfortable to wear and fit snuggly. They are simple to put on and well made. The velcro strap is long enough to accommodate a wide range of ankles.

Just put these on while you cook and clean around the house. Multitasking is easy with these!!

I recently purchased the 6lb ankle weights and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. These weights have added just the right amount of challenge to my cardio workouts. The fit is perfect. The soft and cushiony material ensures a comfortable workout experience. I can already feel myself making progress and seeing the gains I've been working towards. If you're looking to add some extra resistance to your workouts, I highly recommend these ankle weights.

Not too heavy but your body knows they are there. Great for making leg workouts a little more challenging.

These seem to be good quality. I put off writing a review because I haven't used them yet. The velcro is very strong, and I haven't actually been able to open it yet. That, and I ambitiously ordered 3 pounds weights, which are a bit heavy for where I'm at now. Lost a star because I can't open the velcro.

Sometimes my hands get strained holding onto the dumbbells the whole time, this makes it easier and just as effective
