I ordered this watch band because I have problems with most watchbands making me breakout and I get a painful rash. I ordered it March 6th and then because of COVID the order was delayed. I asked for an update and they said it was stuck because of shipping problems due to COVID. I waited a little longer and then asked again just for an update and instead they refunded my money. I was disappointed because I really hoped this might be the answer to my problem. About a month later the watchband arrived. I reached out to see if I needed to pay and I was told that I was provided a courtesy refund and that payment was not required. I have had the watch band for a little over a month now and I wear it everyday and have not had even a small rash! I highly recommend this watch band for its quality, workmanship and hypoallergenic qualities (at least for me). I will be buying more for gifts this year :-) Thanks!
