This product is awesome! It IS light, so I didn’t have issues carrying it whilst handling my other luggages or stuff. It It doesn’t shake once you tighten the knobs enough. Great adjustable length. The tablet-holder is a bit hard to stretch to accommodate your device 1st, but you’ll get used to it (better it tight on your device than dropping it, right?)The customer svc is great, too as they send you a message just to know if you are okay with their product. I love that, too as I’m a Cust Svc Specialist, too 😉🤙🏻

We ordered this product to live stream a funeral service. It worked perfectly for what we needed and kept the iPad sturdy so there was no shaking during the video like as if I were holding it in my hands. It is a little wobbly so I just stood next to it in case it tried to tip over or anything. Overall, we are very happy!

Everyone else is right about the bracket attaching the iPad holder to the stand; it is not secure. I affixed mind with duck tape, and it’s has given me no problems yet. However, it looks trashy, and I didn’t feel great about having a hack a brand new item to make to work as advertised. Also getting the iPad in & out of the holder is a bit tricky, and it requires a bit more force than I am comfortable with. The plastic tripod itself is sturdy and easy to assemble and adjust, and, aside from the manufacturing/design design flaw with the iPad holder, I feel it’s basically worth what I paid for it. I do use it every day for video chatting my friends and family.

It securely holds my iPad for hours. Easy to take on and off. However, I can only secure my iPad Air on the stand if it is in the case. Otherwise it won’t hold the iPad by itself. My older iPad doesn’t need to be in a case to stay on the stand. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. Have had it for 4 months now.

Just received this stand yesterday and immediately assembled to be used for work related iPad use. The tripod itself is fine in terms of stability. The major problem is that the plastic part that clicks on to tripod and holds on to the part that holds the iPad does NOT click in place solidly. This results in the piece falling off the tripod with any rotation/ movement which would then cause my iPad to fall off pretty easily. I wouldve sent this back in a normal situation but as everything is moving slowly due to covid19 and I can't wait for a replacement iPad holder to arrive, I secured the clip with tape. I hope it stays in place and my iPad doesn't fall off.

Love this stand! Easy to put together, sturdy, lightweight and love that you can raise it to different heights. I use for my exercise classes and alleviates me from having to look down at my propped up IPAD. My best purchase this year!

I ordered this for work and didn't get around to unpacking it until ONE day past the return window. This is a piece of crap. The top part that the iPad attaches to won't actually stay connected to the stand - it is incredibly flimsy and falls off immediately. I'm going to have to tape it the stand so my iPad won't fall off for the project today. Perhaps I got a defective unit, but since I can't return it I will never know.

This has been added to my short list of essential kitchen tools. Using my iPad For recipes in a small kitchen with limited counter space usually ended up wIth food splatter on the screen. I can now safely and securely set up the iPad not on my counter. The spring system on the holder is really tight, but rather a little tight than a little loose. Well worth five stars.
