Measure 48" then add 6" for stretch, that's how long this is. I checked the picture over and over again just to make sure I was seeing it correctly. There IS a platform in the picture that does not come with the hanger. That's the reason I purchased this, and it's not there, it's a complete misrepresentation. It's really thick, rough and ugly. You sure wouldn't want this in your house: porch maybe... I would have sent it back but for the postage. I threw it out. What a waste!

Gave as a gift hard to find this lengthy She liked it. Very well made also.

The color was as described and is very strong as my plants are a little heavy. The only thing i did not like it was a litte longer that i wanted but i was able to tie it at the top

I bought 3 of these in 2010 ... they're up for their 5th season in HOT North Texas weather ... they are very durable and hold my plants very well ... We of course take them down for the winter months ... Love the color, too ... they're only in am sun, but have NOT faded! Very pleased ... they have gone way up in price, but I think they're worth it ... looking to perhaps buy some more! Very satisfied customer!

I ordered a hot pink raspberry color (that was what was shown in photo) and received burgondy!!! Not happy!!!! If I had to recommend this to family and friends, I would say don't order this unless you could care less about what color you receive.

I purchased this to save my plants from my cats. It holds up to the weight of my planters. Great investment!

Met my expectations. I used it to hang a plant outside in Tucson where the weather extremes would batter a lesser product.

I love this plant holder. I wasn't sure if the color would be right but the color was perfect and it was very well made.
