Great DOT approved trailer tire!
This was a great buy at a great price! The tire i received is stamped with a DOT number for those who are curious. I looked for awhile to find the right tire with a DOT number for the right price and I'm glad I found this! This is bran new and in better shape than my current tires. I bought this one for a spare but will probably purchase another one , install them, and use my current ones for backup. Attached are some pics of my spare setup with the tire mounted.

I got the doughnut tire and it was perfect. Exactly the same as the other tires/rims on my equipment trailer. Now I have a spare!
