I was glad I read the reviews about the scoop piece falling out in the ear tho. Bought another earwax cleaning kit but used this to help look inside and was very surprised at the picture quality and set up was pretty easy. Bought for my spouse but I tried it out and It’s fairly simple to use on yourself as well. I love that you can save the pictures on your phone. All around definitely something to keep around.2/20/2021 edit****Product still works like a dream. Just editing it to add that I finally got the courage to use the little scoops in the kit and I have had no problems. Just make sure they are secured tightly on and it’s absolutely the most satisfying feeling.

The device has a motion sensor that re-orientates the video so it's always the right way up. I've use similar devices in the past that didn't do this and it was always a struggle to figure out which way is up and which way is down.I only wish this worked over Bluetooth rather than its own Wi-Fi. It makes me feel it's a bit insecure that it's creating it's own Wi-Fi network that you need to connect you to be able to see the video.

A good tool to self diagnose insides of your own ear. I got this product when i was looking for way to remove ear wax that was building without requiring me to go for expensive doctor visit every now and then. This came to my search list and i made an quick order. Boy i was surprised at this product. It did exactly what it said. I could see insides of my ear and any wax buildup. It could also be used to clean ear while looking where and how you are cleaning it. It was fun to be self doctor. It allows taking picture which I am not so comfortable sharing here but they definitively can be documented for later use. Anyways I am pretty happy with this product and will be in my arsenal of medical kits that i am growing during this covid season that is making me health conscious.

I have been using Qtips for cleaning my ear, but after a while, my ear eventually just got clogged up and I had an earwax blockage. I could barely hear out of my left ear, so I took to searching for one of these tools. Eventually through reading reviews on other products, I came across this one and I can say it is absolutely worth the buy. Honestly a godsend since I am currently stationed overseas and I can only receive packages after 2 weeks or so, I had to wait quite a while with essentially only one ear to work with, so it was a rough time, but shortly after receiving my package I immediately went to work. The packaging is very simple and comes with one silicone tip pre-installed on the device. The instructions that come with it are easy to follow and the app is very simple and also easy-to-use. Once in the app and connected to the device, the camera is pretty good quality once in the ear canal. I ended up finding a wall of earwax and started scooping it out bit by bit. It was very easy to see and kind of cool to see what the inside of my ear looked like. One thing I will note is that you should take care when cleaning your ear canal as it is very sensitive and you do not want to cause any damage. After cleaning the ear as much as I could, my hearing is now back to normal and god have I missed having both ears to hear things. Get this if you're having similar issues and/or if you need something to clean your ear extremely well. Stop sticking Qtips in your ear canal y'all and take care of your ears

follow the instruction to connect to the tool: turn it on, then on your phone download the app, then switch to the tool's own wifi, once connected you will see the video on your phone. make sure you choose the left or right side of the ear in the app, otherwise you will see a white dot on the video.the video quality is decent, but not sure if it is 1080. it is still easier to enlist another person's help.

I hesitated to get this thinking it might be impractical or have terrible quality.I haven't used their scoops but the scope worked great. Installed the app, turned it on, connected to its WIFI signal, and the picture was there and bright and clear.I'm impressed.

I love this! The only draw back is it’s not bendable so I can’t get around a corner of my ear, but there isn’t a better tool for the money. I did lose a tip bc it snapped off while I was trying to force it around the bend in my ear and it fell somewhere on the ground and I haven’t been able to find it. It makes me wish I had waxy ears!

My wife is crazy about cleaning out her ears and the kids ears. The only problem was she would look in their ear, see something, but then not be able to find it with the normal ear tools, or end up hurting the kids trying to get it out. I bought this so she could see what she was trying to get at. First day we had it, she was able to remove a chunk of wax in my daughters ear that they had been trying to get out for weeks. As a bonus the kids think it’s fun to watch on the screen and see what the inside of their ear looks like. Has made ear cleaning a much easier, and less painful process. It is also very useful just to look in their ears, to see if the might have an ear infection. Great tool, and totally worth the money.
